Step 1: Visit The Website For Grammarly For Microsoft Word
If you want to use Grammarly to edit your PowerPoint presentation, the first step is to install Grammarly from Microsoft Word. You need to visit this link to get Grammarly for Microsoft Word and Outlook. On the website, you should see a button that says “Get it for Windows.”
Remember that this link will let you access the free version. You should also see a tutorial on how to use Grammarly on the website’s front page. If you have never used Grammarly before, you may want to take a minute to familiarise yourself with how the program operates.
Step 2: Install the Grammarly Add-In
The next step is to install the Grammarly add-in. After you download Grammarly, you will need to run the installation file, which should have a .exe ending. There should be a pop-up window that will prompt you to get started. Click on the green button to start the installation process.
You should also be prompted to click a button that says install Grammarly for Word. You need to make sure you check the right box. If you want to install Grammarly for Outlook, you can also install the program for this purpose as well.

Step 4: Open Grammarly for MS Word
Now that the program is installed, it is time to open up MS Word. Go ahead and open the program, and you should see a series of new buttons at the top of the page. The user interface may look a bit different because there is a button you can use to open Grammarly in MS Word. You should see it positioned in the top left-hand corner of the screen.
Go ahead and click on this button to open the program. You should see that the screen splits into two parts. On one half of the screen, you will see the text in the document. On the other half of the screen, you should see Grammarly. You might have to log in to your account to get the process started. There is a button that will prompt you to do exactly that.
Step 5: Log In To Your Grammarly Account or Create an Account
After you click on the button to log in, you will either need to sign in to your account or create a new account. Creating a new account is an easy process and shouldn’t take more than a minute or two.
Once you are in your account, you should see a pop-up window that will prompt you to open the Grammarly website. Once you do this, you can go back to your document to start the important process of editing your work.
Step 6: Copy Your PowerPoint Text Into MS Word
Now, you can use Grammarly to check your PowerPoint presentation. What you need to do is open your PowerPoint presentation. Then, take the text from your PowerPoint presentation and copy it into MS Word. You should see Grammarly go to work immediately. It should start to check the text you have copied into MS Word. You can edit it there, and once you are satisfied with your edits, you can move the text back into PowerPoint.
