If an entry in the contest database, the magazine directory or theresidency listings looks wrong or out of date, send the listing name and what changed through the form, and we will check it against the organiser's own page. Listings are re-verified weekly; you can see the latest checks on the recently verified page.
To ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the form and enter the email address in question. Theprivacy policy explains what we hold and for how long. We respond to data requests within a month.
For anything to do with a purchase, the fastest route is to reply directly to your receipt or download email; that thread carries the details we need. If a download link has expired, reply to the purchase email and we will send a fresh one. Refunds work the same way: reply to your receipt email.
