Every dated opportunity this site tracks, in one chronology, soonest first. Until now you had to open four databases and hold the calendar in your head. This is that calendar, written down. Data checked to 2026-08-05: see what was verified in the last 30 days.
Two honest notes about what is in this list. Conferences are not in it: they are dated by when the event runs, not by when a door shuts, so they sit beside this list as a linked database rather than inside it. And the magazine database records reading windows as text rather than as dates, so magazines do not yet appear here either. When they carry a closing date, they will show up in this list automatically.
Free ICS feeds. Paste a URL into Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook once and every new deadline appears on its own. There is nothing to log into and nothing to unsubscribe from.
Prefer the step-by-step? The calendar page walks through each app.
Pick one genre and get its contests, magazine windows and residencies once a week. When nothing is closing in it, nothing is sent. Free, and everything in it stays free on this site.
One genre per address on the free alert. Prefer no email at all? Every genre is also acalendar feed you can subscribe to.
Each one is searchable and filterable in ways a single chronology cannot be. Refreshed on a schedule, not scraped once and left to rot.
